Mark Greenop
Founder of MGA Ltd, Mark’s experience has seen him lead teams to success winning 6 National Training Awards, 3 Customer Experience Awards, and 2 Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For. This recognition is for designing and delivering programmes for prestigious and diverse organisations such as ASDA/Walmart, BT, Royal Bank of Scotland, Virgin One, GSK, BAE Systems, Shell, and many more.
Mark has also taught in schools and universities in Britain and the USA, and pioneered the use of Theatre in Education as a means of engaging with literally millions of young people.
Lee Phillips
Education
Lee is the driving force behind pulling together all the different elements that create a successful project. In his role as Project Manager for MGA Ltd, he ensures that the client experience is seamless and exemplary. His experience has seen him effectively lead projects for BT to deliver the largest Theatre in Education Programme in the world, nationwide programmes for BAE Systems, and producing corporate videos for public sector organisations and private industry.
Before joining MGA Ltd, Lee project managed CPD programmes for teachers at the National Science Learning Centre that were rolled out in regional centres across England. The breadth of experience helps him to find creative ways of delivering whatever is required.
Steph Brooksbank
Steph joined the MGA team in 2017 bringing with her a wealth of experience working in both corporate and academic sectors. Her background in finance as a Management Accountant brings a forensic approach to delivering first class programmes for our clients. Steph meticulously overseas the administrative rollout of our programmes, as well as taking care of our finances.
Before joining MGA, Steph worked in management roles of the finance departments for engineering firm Cummins, and Huddersfield University giving her invaluable understanding of the cultures of both these sectors.
Corrie Greenop
Coz deals with all things media! It’s his passion – proven by the awards he has won for the films he has written and directed, which can be viewed on streaming platforms.
Graduating from the Northern Film School, and gaining a Masters in Script Writing at the University of Salford, his natural flair for visual creativity has held him in good stead to produce media for whatever your need – be it a music video, a promo, training resource, short film, all the way through to feature film.
